As mentioned above, the core of the fluo pink vision control is constructed with the trademarked 13-15 black touch EVA core, this is slightly denser than its softer counterpart, but offers some very similar properties. It was also designed specifically to increase sweet spot-size, but then seeks to offer more control and precision. We achieved this by developing a slightly less-bouncy foam that allows players to place the ball where they want it around the Padel Court with added precision. The core is then supported by a carbon fiber reinforced glass fiber frame, with its twin-tube construction for added rigidity under all conditions. This frame is formed using a twin-tube frame molding process which creates the stiffest, most durable frame structure to date. In the second stage, the foam is then added to the frame and the face fabrics are applied.

But that is not all. Osaka also has a new drilling system. Their upgraded hole-drilling process has created 68 holes with sharper edges, providing spin and better control on sliced shots. Together with this, we have the local sand surface which further increases the levels of spin you are able to achieve.
