PadelZone Refund & Returns Policy

1. General Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with all tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@padelzone.co.za.
All returns must be sent to: PadelZone, No.4 Tyrell House, Crowthorne Corner, Garlicke Drive, Ballito, Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, 4399.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
A collection charge of R99 may apply if you would prefer for us to arrange courier collection instead of returning the item to us with your own desired courier.

2. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

4. Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please Note. If your chosen payment method was a buy now pay later service provider such as Payflex then your refund will be issued in the form of store credit.
Banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at info@padelzone.co.za.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of the sport, certain items cannot be returned once unpacked or used unless they have a clear manufacturing defect. These include:

  • Rackets
  • Grips
  • Balls

6. Black November Sale Terms & Conditions

The PadelZone Black November Sale runs for a limited time during November 2025. Discounts apply only while stocks last and cannot be applied retroactively.

PadelZone reserves the right to modify or end promotions without prior notice.

Price Promise

If you purchase an item from PadelZone during the Sale and we later reduce the price of that same item on our own website within the same Sale period, we’ll refund you the difference in the form of a PadelZone voucher.

Eligibility:

  • Applies only to purchases made on padelzone.co.za during the 2025 Black November Sale
  • The lower price must appear on our website during the Sale period and apply to the identical item (same model, size, colour, and SKU).
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of the lower price being published.

Refund Method: 

  • Refunds are issued as a digital voucher equal to the price difference.
  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months and are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

How to Claim:
Email support@padelzone.co.za with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The product name
  • A screenshot or link to the lower price

Once verified, your voucher will be issued within 5–7 business days.


7. Errors, Omissions & Fair Use

While every effort is made to ensure pricing and stock information is accurate, errors may occur. PadelZone reserves the right to cancel any order resulting from technical issues, pricing inaccuracies, or misuse of promotional offers.
